What is HeadFirst Positive Mindset Training? HeadFirst In Person Education is a Philadelphia Union Foundation program powered by Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). It uses a blend of positive psychology and sports psychology to teach teen soccer players how to overcome challenges and stay focused on achieving their goals.
